if block ang iyong sim at di kayo makaconnect sa dashboard ganito gawin nyo:
- kuha kayo ng sim na hindi pa blocked, insert nyo sa modem nyo then gawa muna kayo ng new profile sa dashboard;
profile name: any name
apn: http.globe.com.ph
access number: *99***1#
-pag nakagawa na kayo, save nyo na and set as default then connect and disconnect then exit nyo na dashboard,
-insert nyo na yung blocked na sim sa modem..try to connect, if nakaconnect, successfully unblocked na yung sim.
-go to start
-type cmd then run
-in the cmd window type ipconfig then enter
-if the ip is 10.156.xx.xx your sim is blocked, working ip's starts with 10.2xx.xx
